Return Policies
Disclaimer
I. Upon receiving the product and the passing of title, which is the evidence of ownership of rights, from the seller to buyer for the agreed upon price; the buyer has three days upon receipt (not business days) to return product to seller for repair.
A. The repair of product will be at no charge to the buyer.
II. Upon receiving the product the buyer should handle the merchandise with care; that a reasonable, prudent person would exercise under the circumstances, situations and/or conditions (these would include: initial receipt of product, the manner in which the product is stored when not being worn, the manner in which the product is worn and handled when placing the product on the body and the manner in which the product is handled when taken off of the body and placed in mentioned storage.
The product should not be placed into any internal part of the body: ears, eyes, nose, mouth (including the throat), sexual organs and/or anally. It should not be placed in water or fire and/ or in close proximity ( where the product would change temperature due to the proximity of the water or fire). And any other circumstances, situations and/ or conditions that go outside of wearing the product as an accessory to be worn to express fashionable style.
A. If product is used outside of the "accessory to be worn to express fashionable style" and product is ruined, destroyed or altered in anyway from its original design; the buyer's money will not be refunded.
B. The refund of money for the buyer by the seller, if the product is mishandled, destroyed, ruined or altered in any way from its original design by the buyer (only if not used in ways mentioned in subsection A) or by the mailer carrier, the buyer has three days upon receipt (not business days) to return product (send the product back to seller, with ALL parts and pieces sent) to receive full refund of money.
Privacy policy
Upon receiving client information it will in no way be sold to third party companies. It will be kept in total confidence, to be used for UNIQUIC's personal database records.
